This privately owned company, also known as STi Norland, is engaged in the provision of integral technical solutions for top international companies in the renewable energy sector. The company was founded in Pamplona in 1996 by a team of professionals with more than 30 years experience in building and industrial engineering. It has its registered office in Pamplona, Navarra, Spain. Since its inception, the company has specialized in engineering, calculation, development, supply, management and assembly of metallic structures and the construction of industrial and commercial buildings. Over the years, it has undertaken a number of projects and works which stand out for their significant technical importance and uniqueness, in addition to attaining extremely high levels of quality and executing every project within the budgeted costs and on time. The company offers integral consulting services for the whole investment, including technical support on client decision making, materials purchasing, solar power plant planning, and facility optimization. Besides, it provides advice on geotechnical analysis calculating the best location for the elements to be installed, civil works and foundations, complete solar plant low voltage wiring, and structures and trackers mechanical assembly, including solar modules and its electrical wiring. Since 2001, the company has participated in the development and execution of the most important solar plants in Spain and Portugal, supplying solar trackers and fixed structures as well as undertaking their electromechanical assembly, with more than 105 MW installed by the end of 2008. The company is a member of Asociacion Española para la Internacionalizacion y la Innovacion de las Empresas Solares (Solartys), Asociacion de Productores de Energias Renovables (APPA), and Asociacion Española para la Internacionalizacion y la Innovacion de las Empresas de Electronica, Informatica y Telecomunicaciones (Secartys).
