The company is engaged in the management of major public infrastructures and leisure sports developed in Navarra. It was incorporated in October of 2011 and has its registered business office located in Pamplona/Iruna, Spain. The company has facilities for hiking and mountain sports, skiing, motorcycling, racing cars, team sports, concerts, and other activities. It is comprised of two divisions, which include NDO, which is responsible for managing major public infrastructures and spaces created to develop and promote the practice of physical activity and recreational sports through a wide range; and The Mountain Activity Center Roncal Valley which manages all cross country ski tracks Larra-Belagua and La Bate. In addition, the company operates as a subsidiary of Gobierno De Navarra.
