The company is a privately held firm that is engaged in the provision of architectural services. The firm was incorporated in June 1999 and has its registered office in Pamplona/Iruña, Spain. The company has the following core expertise: preparing architectural drawings, showing internal and external layouts of the buildings; utilizing computers or manually produce designs, detailed drawings and documentation; preparing working drawings showing plans, elevations, sections, materials and finishes, layouts, plumbing, drainage, car parking and landscaping; calculating the quantity and quality of materials needed, material and labour costs and project completion dates; interpreting client briefs and prepare and develop sketch plans for client approval; preparing building specifications for building plans to suit individual clients; and representing or assisting architects on building sites to make sure that plans and specifications are followed.
